Our members are made up of men who are direct decedents of an ancestor who supported the War of American Independence.  These ancestors are referred to as Revolutionary War Patriots and include those persons who fought in the military and/or militia, who provided supplied to the American cause, who served on political bodies supporting the Revolution, or who signed oaths of support and similar acts.  It is fascinating to see how our family history is part of our national history.

Our mission is to “To increase and promote public knowledge and appreciation of the Revolutionary War, and of the principles and the patriot sacrifices upon which America’s heritage is founded.”  Our vision as the State’s primary men’s organization is the promoting of American heritage, patriotism and education on founding principles.”

The Mid-Columbia Chapter was chartered on March 1, 2012.  We meet on the 3rd Sat of each month (Sep to Jun) at Round Table Pizza, 1769 Leslie Rd, Richland, WA.  Visitors are welcome.

Many of our members are in the Color Guard.  We participate in uniform, in various parades, patriotic and educational events with civic organizations and schools.  If you are interested in such an organization, contact our Color Guard Captain, above or our Registrar/Genealogist, Brian Smith.  We have members from the Canadian border, down to central Oregon.
